What we trade
Physical cargoes and term programmes across two divisions: energy, and industrial and construction materials. Every contract names the grade, the specification, the delivery basis and the pricing — nothing is left to interpretation.
Energy
Crude oil
Light, medium and heavy crudes, sweet and sour, sourced from producers and storage positions for refiners and term offtakers. Cargoes are typically 80,000 to 1,000,000 barrels; programmes are structured monthly or quarterly against the refinery's slate.
- Delivery FOB, CIF or DAP, by Aframax, Suezmax or VLCC as the route requires
- Pricing against Dated Brent, Dubai or the regional official selling price, with agreed differentials
- Independent quantity and quality inspection at load and discharge
Refined products
The middle and light distillates that keep transport, power and industry running, plus the residual fuels used in marine and industrial boilers.
- Gasoil and diesel to EN 590 and regional sulphur specifications
- Gasoline (91 to 98 RON), jet A-1 and kerosene
- Fuel oil (180 and 380 cSt, VLSFO) and naphtha
- Delivered to port, terminal or inland depot by vessel, rail or road
Gas & LPG
Supply for households, industry and power generation, delivered in the form the buyer's infrastructure can receive.
- LPG (propane, butane and mixes) by pressurised or refrigerated vessel, and by road tanker
- LNG cargoes to regasification terminals and floating units
- Supply arrangements for gas-fired power plants and industrial users
Industrial & construction
The bulk materials that construction and infrastructure programmes consume in the largest volumes — bought, shipped and financed exactly like a fuel cargo, often for the same buyer and under the same documentation.
Steel
Long products for construction and semi-finished steel for mills, sourced from producers in the Gulf, Türkiye, North Africa and further afield, by breakbulk vessel or container.
- Billets (3SP/5SP and equivalents) for rolling mills
- Rebar to BS 4449, ASTM A615 or regional standards, in bundles or coils
- Wire rod, structural sections, beams, angles and hollow sections
- Mill test certificates and independent inspection on every lot
Cement & clinker
Cement for contractors, distributors and public works, and clinker for grinding plants.
- Ordinary Portland cement (CEM I / ASTM Type I) and sulphate-resistant cement, in bulk, big bags and 50 kg bags
- Clinker in bulk by handysize and supramax vessels
- Storage and bagging at port where the receiving market needs it
Bitumen & aggregates
The inputs a road and infrastructure programme consumes alongside its fuel.
- Paving-grade and industrial bitumen in bulk, drums and bitutainers
- Aggregates, gypsum and other quarried bulk materials
- Base oils and petrochemical feedstocks where the buyer needs them
How a Petrolity™ contract is built
